Thiruvananthapuram : Managing Director, Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE), the State Skill Development Mission, Department of Labour & Skills, Government of Kerala through Tender Notification No: KASE – 04/2017 Dated 01/03/2019 hereby invites Expression of Interest (Eol) from companies/firms who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for including them in the panel of Training Providers for undertaking projects under Centrally Sponsored State Managed (CSSM) component of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 2.0) in the State of Kerala.
This tender is an e-Tender and is being published online for the empanelment of Training Providers for undertaking projects under CSSM component of PMKVY. The tender is invited in one (1) cover system from the registered and eligible firms through e-procurement portal of Government of Kerala (https://www.etenders.kerala.gov.in). Prospective bidders willing to participate in this tender shall necessarily register themselves with above mentioned e-procurement portal.
Interested applicants are advised to study the EOI document carefully before submission. Submission of EOI shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and examination of the EOI document with full understanding of its implications.

Interested firms / organizations should submit their EOI through the e-tenders portal of Government of Kerala www.etenders.kerala.gov.in on or before 17:00 hrs on April 01, 2019.
i. Bid submission: Bidders have to submit their bids along with supporting documents to support their eligibility, as required in this tender document on www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. No manual submission of bid is allowed and manual bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
Opening of Technical Bid and Bidder short-listing: The technical bids will be opened, evaluated and shortlisted as per the eligibility and technical qualifications. All documents in support of technical qualifications shall be submitted (online). Failure to submit the documents online will attract disqualification.
KASE reserves the right to cancel the EOI process as a whole or in part without assigning any reasons.

Release of EOI : March 06, 2019, 15:00 hrs
Submission of queries for clarification : March 06, 2019 to March 28, 2019, 17:00 hrs
Last date of Submission of EOI : April 01, 2019, 17:00 hrs
Opening date of EOI : April 03, 2019, 11:00 hrs
Presentation by the shortlisted applicants before State Project Approval Committee : Will be intimated by email.
Announcement of empanelled training providers : Will be intimated by email.
