Panchkula : Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM), Department of Rural Development, Government of Haryana through its Notification No. HSRLM/DDUGKY/2019/752 invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number(PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) placement linked development training under DDU-GKY for a total of 7111 candidates in the state of Haryana. Interested PIAs of different categories may submit their proposal online at www.erp.ddugky.info and are advised to go through the detailed Guidelines & SOP of DDUGKY (available on www.ddugky.gov.in) before applying online. While preparing the proposal, latest CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account. Further, PIAs may keep into consideration belwo mentioned points before applying:
i. Training will be for Residential & Non-Residential courses in the ratio as 80:20
ii. Duration of the course to be undertaken has to be more than 3 months only.
iii. Preference will be given to Apparel, Automotive, Capital Goods, Construction, Chemical & Petro Chemicals, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, Tourism & Hospitality and Power Sectors.

Proposals should be submitted on online portal within 05:00 pm of 15th April 2019. Application received after the scheduled date and time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposals shall be summarily rejected. Subsequent to the online submission, soft copy (in PDF Format) should be emailed to hsrlmddugky@gmail.com within 2 days of submission of the proposal online. Hard copy of the proposal should be sent along with a complete set of supporting documents in secured envelop addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission, SCO-19 (Ist & IInd Floor), Sector-16, Panchkula, Pincode-134108. The envelop should be super scribed with ‘DDUGKY Project Proposal’. Hard copies of proposals should reach this office within 10 days of submitting the proposal online.
