The Department of Community and Rural Development, Government of Meghalaya is implementing the placement linked Skill Development Programme for the rural youth under the scheme of DDU-GKY of Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), GOI. The target for the state is 2412 unemployed youth during 2019-22.
The DDU-GKY, Meghalaya Cell through its notification No. DDU-GKY/EOI/2017-18/47/Pt-I/4 invites proposal from interested and eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to implement the projects in the state of Meghalaya. Agencies who are interested may submit their proposal online at https://erp.ddugky.info up to 28th March 2020 as per the format prescribed by MoRD, GOI along with the application fee of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) payable to ED KUDUMBASHREE QA, Account Number 6820784668, Indian Bank, Pattom Branch , IFSC – IDIB000P030.
The Project duration is 3 years with proposals spanning for 3,6,9 and 12 months (depending upon the trades offered). The PIAs can apply only National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) aligned courses as approved by Govt. of India MoRD Skills Division available at ddugky.gov.in.
The PIAa offering trades in the following sectors can apply. Preference will be given to PIAs who can offer jobs with monthly CTC more than Rs. 10,000/-.
1. Aviation 2. Health 3. Electronics & Hardware 4. Automotive
