National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites proposals from organizations that meet the eligibility as mentioned in the RFP document for the implementation of skill certification under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 3.0. The scheme will be implemented in accordance with Guidelines for PMKVY 3.0 (2020 -21). For Guidelines, Click Here
Interested applicants will need to submit the details by filling the online application form at the RFP portal and uploading the requisite documents. The link for accessing the RFP portal will be shortly published under the ‘Notice’ section of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
No other form of submission including hard copy will be entertained. The deadline for the submission of application is 15th February 2021/ 15 days from the RFP Portal becoming live, whichever is earlier.

Key Instructions
Given below are the key Instructions to be followed by Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) during the duration of the project:
(a) Training During the Pandemic: PIAs need to follow the MoHFW guidelines during the tenure of the project on preventive measures to contain spread of COVID-19 in training centres. For those issues which are not addressed in the MoHFW guidelines, the MSDE guidelines would be referred by Clicking Here .
(b) Aadhar Enabled Candidates: Only candidates with Aadhar card will be taken under PMKVY 3.0.
(c) Biometric attendance: Training center/ camps will have to place biometric device for attendance.
(d) PMKVY 3.0 (2020 -21) is a scheme with a limited duration and limited targets. Therefore, please apply for RPL targets for RPL type 1 (camps) and RPL type 2 (employer premises) judiciously, keeping in mind the short duration of the scheme.
