Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM) invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from registered Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number(PRN) obtained (or may be obtained by applying online) from the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) to implement PERSON with DISABILITIES(PWD) DDUGKY Project under DDU-GKY in the state of Haryana for skill training and placement of 1961 number of rural specially-abled youths with benchmark disability-means a person with not less than 40% of a specified disability defined in MORD Notification-02/2020 dated 07h Feb’2020 Also the applicant agencies need to adhere to the guideline laid down by the Ministry of Rural Development, Gol from time to time.

Interested eligible PIAs may submit their proposal online at www.erp.ddugky.info under special project Tab of ERP by 10.10.2021 (as per Corrigendum (HSRLM/DDUGKY/2021/3820) Dated 7th Sep 2021) and are advised to go through the detailed Guidelines & SOP of DDUGKY (available on www.ddugky.gov.in) before applying online. While preparing the proposal, latest CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account. The appraisal of the project proposals shall be carried out based on Notification No. 20/2017 dated 03rd April 2017 MORD(Rural Skills Division),Gol. The proposals submitted under category/through normal tab in ERP shall be out rightly rejected.
Further, PIAs may keep into consideration below mentioned points before applying:
(i) Training will be for residential courses only.
(ii) PIA should submit proposal with duration of the courses from 03 to 04 months only
(iii) Training should be proposed for similar kind of disability
(iv) PIAs applying preferably should have undergone an orientation programme organized by NIRD&PR, Hyderabad.

The PIA will have to pay non-refundable application fee for an amount of Rs 25000/-(Rupees Twenty five
thousand only) through NEFT/RTGS to the bank A/C of NIRD&PR given below:

1. The list of PWD courses approved by MORD is uploaded on HSRLM website.
2.It is advisable to check HSRLM website(www.hsrlm.gov.in ) regularly for further instructions/update
etc
3. After clearing the initial screening stage, eligible PIAs have to deposit a fees of Rs1,49,000/-to
NIRD&PR for undergoing Qualitative Appraisal.
4. HSRLM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason
thereof.
