Gurgaon: On Saturday, 23rd April 2022, GMA, Gurgaon Management Association, associated with AIMA signed MOU with FESDIP, the Federation of Education and Skill Development Institutions and Personnel for the initiatives related to Education, Managing skills, and Entrepreneurship Development.
Dr. B L Malhotra and Sachit Sahejpal highlighted the contributions of GMA and gaps faced by MSME. Talking about the present needs of the industry and corporate sector, Dr. Malhotra suggested organizing workshops on industry-relevant topics like NEP, Apprenticeship, and other skill development schemes to benefit the industry during the year.
Speaking on the occasion, FESDIP Director-General, Ravinder Chanana emphasized the relevance of aligning Education, Skill Development, and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. He highlighted the need to bridge information gaps among the stakeholders.
Mr. Chanana further highlighted the need for capacity building of educators as per the National Education Policy 2020 and sensitizing them on better teaching and learning practices.
GMA and FESDIP partnership will act as a bridge for enhancing excellence in the working style of industry and corporate sectors through organizing workshops, seminars, brainstorming discussions, and other initiatives. This can help in strengthening the Education, Skill Development, and MSME sector, he added.
