Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), and CEMS (Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding) here recently exchanged MoU towards providing training in skill development.
The MoU documents were exchanged by G. Gandhi, CGM (HR)-CS, RINL, and K. Sethu Madhavan, CEO, CEMS who inaugurated the training program and interacted with the trainees at Gandhigram here.
RINL is extending financial support of Rs.8.44 lakhs under the Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) initiative for the Skill Development program of CNC Operator Turning at the Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding (CEMS), Gandhigram, Visakhapatnam.
The trainees will be imparted training through Competency Based Training methodology which includes Industry based examples, Case Studies, Group discussions/Group exercises & Soft skills (personality development and communication)
