The Directorate of Employment & Training, DET is working under the Department of Labour Resources, Government of Bihar. DET functions with the major objectives of providing Vocational Training to the youths in Bihar. To achieve these objectives the DET runs a variety of long-term and short-term training programmes in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in the State. The DET is the apex organization for development and coordination at state level for the programmes relating to vocational trades to meet the skilled manpower requirements for technology and industrial growth in the country. To ensure a steady flow of skilled worker in different trades for industry, as well as raise the quality & quantity of industrial production by scientific training, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) are under the administrative and financial control of this Directorate.
The DET, Labour Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar intends to enter into an arrangement for the provision of services outlined in Expression of Interest document. In this respect, DET would like to invite your organization to submit a proposal as outlined in this EoI.
