The scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is being implemented in various districts of this country through 248 JSSs for imparting vocational skills to the non-literates, neo literates and the person having rudimentary level of education up to 8th standard and other school dropouts beyond 8th standard i.e. up to class 12th in the age group of 15-35 years. In the scheme, priority is given to Women, SC, ST, OBC, PWD, EWS and Minorities in the rural areas and urban slums. The Government of India provides 100% lump sum grant to JSSs on yearly basis.

Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship invites EOI to provide Consultancy Services for Financial and Performance Audit of Jan Shikshan Sansthan from the Office of CAG recommended 152 CAG empaneled Chartered Accountant (CA) firms. The response to this EOI along with all required documents (Technical and Financial) is to be submitted by the CA firms on or before 01-08-2019 by 16:00 hours (IST) on the address given above. Application received after the prescribed date and time will not be entertained. While sending the hard copy, the Technical and the Financial Quotation should be submitted separately in sealed non-transparent covers envelope super scribed with “Bidding Proposal for Consultancy Services for Financial and Performance Audit of Jan Shikshan Sansthan,”.
