Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) an ISO 9001:2008 certified, a Mini Ratna public sector enterprise of Government of India under Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, was established on 24th March, 1995 for providing consultancy services of international standards for broadcasting in transmission and production technology including turnkey solutions in the specialized fields of Terrestrial & Satellite Broadcasting, Cable, Manufacturing and various Information Technology (IT) related fields, including security, surveillance, acoustics & audio-video systems and smart cities
BECIL has been working in the field of skills development and man-power outsourcing for a long time. In order to work on integrated solution for our customers to get skilled/trained resources, BECIL intends to empanel reputed and NSDC (National Skill Development Councorporation) funded firms (Please Note : as per Corrigendum, non NSDC partners with experience of government projects may apply ) to work in the field of skills development and job placement. The agencies are to provide occupational skill development/training/up-gradation programmes for unemployed or under employed beneficiaries under the National Skill Development Programme and Agency are to adhere to NSQF guidelines. This shall help in training and placement of fresher from academic institutes and placement of in-experienced man-power and make them productive as per job requirement. Continuity in skilled man-power shall help in industrial and economic growth of nation. Another objective is to provide training to the beneficiaries in a variety of services, business and manufacturing sectors for technical and non-technical jobs. The empaneled agencies may also be engaged in creating know-how to employed man-power on new subjects, government policies, IT/Computers and about emerging technical areas.
BECIL through its Tender Ref. No. BECIL/IT & Mfg./2019-20/eoi/t&p/01 dated 30/10/2019 invites online Expression of Interest (EOI) from agencies having proven experience and ability in the area of Skill Development.
The EOI must be submitted in English or Hindi language only with a font size of 12. All the document including the supporting documents/enclosures etc. must be fully legible. Supporting documents if in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translated document. The English version shall prevail in matters of interpretation.

Due date for the submission of EOI response has been extended up to 29/11/2019. The revised schedule of EOI submission and opening is as given as under:
Date & Time of EOI submission : 29th Nov. 2019 up to 13:00hrs
Date & Time of EOI opening : 29th Nov. 2019 at 14:30hrs
* Bidders who are NSDC funded partners are exempted from the EOI processing fee
* Bidders who are not NSDC funded partners should at least have worked in central skill development training initiative schemes like NULM/PMKVY/DDUGKY
