Lucknow : The UP Skill Development Mission, hereinafter referred to as UPSDM establish by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the aegis of the Department of Vocational Education and Skill Development for implementing and monitoring various skill training programmes in the State through its Notification no. 1815/UPSDM/E&C/2018-19 invites Expression of Interest from the firms / agencies to execute the following on ground activities to support the mobilization of candidates and disseminate the message of Skill Training Campaigns across the State:
Nukkad Natak, Counselling camps, Road Shows, announcement via Auto / LMVs, Mobile counseling camps and activations, Puppet shows and Kaushal Rallys etc.
The interested applicant firms are required to possess / arrange the followings:-
SUV/MUV, Buses, Truck etc., Brouchers, Pamplets and other printed materials, Meerchandise such as T-shirts, Caps, Tote Bags etc. Mobile devices for counselings and data capturing (laptops, mobile phones, tablets etc.), Printed banners, hoardings, vinyl pastings, posters etc. Audio Visual Requirements (LED TV/Screens, Projector with screens, PA System & Manpower like Counsellors, promoters etc.)
Qualification Criteria :
The applicant firm must be a company, partnership/ proprietorship firm or registered society. A consortium of firms may also apply.
The firm must possess valid legal registration entity in India.
The firm must be in existence for at least 3 years.
The firm should be duly registered under GST & I.T. and should be regular payee of Service tax and Income Tax.
The firm must have an average annual turnover of at least INR 2.00 crores with last three financial year i.e. 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018.
The firm must have carried out at least one assignment of similar nature as mentioned in the notification of the UPSDM dated 19.09.2018 on-ground in last 2 years from the date of issuing the above referred notification.
The firm must have at least 2 years of work experience in outdoor campaigning (Skill on Wheels) in on ground activation activities.
The firm must not have been blacklisted by Government of India, any State Government or its instrumentality in India or by one multilateral firm.
Any firm can submit only 1 proposal and no related party or another party or another entity in its portfolio participating in this EoI can submit another proposal.

The UPSDM would not be responsible for non-receipt of any proposal for whatsoever reasons. The proposals received after the above date and time would not be considered under any circumstance. The UPSDM reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.
