Himachal Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (HPSRLM) invites proposal from the Project Implementation Agencies registered with Ministry of Rural Development (PIAs with valid PRN No.) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is pertinent to mention here that only those PIAs would be considered as eligible who’s Qualitative Appraisal has been already done in any of the states:-
1. Apparel, Made-Ups & Home Furnishing
2. Beauty & Welness
3. Food Processing
4. Plumbing
5. Textiles & Handlooms
6. Green Jobs
7. Rubber
The documents (Sanction Order) certifying the implementation of aforesaid trades in any state shall be furnished as hard copy to HPSRLM seperately. Those PIAs who already empanelled in the state under DDU-GKY can also apply for fresh proposal, subjected to the condition that they have achieved 80% of their alloted target before they apply for fresh bid proposal.
Interested agencies may submit their proposal online at erp.ddugky.info along with the non-refundable application fee of INR 25,000/- drawn in favour of CEO, HPSRLM (DDU-GKY) (Account No. 09810110038390, UCO Bank , IFSC Code – UCBA0000981, Nigam Vihar, Shimla)
The Proposals should be submitted on or before 31st Oct 2018. Applications received after the aforementioned time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposals in any respect shall be summarily rejected and PIA will have to resubmit the application as per norms. Subsequent to the online submission of the proposal the soft copy of the same may be mailed to nrlmhp@gmail.com and the same should be send as hard copy to the office of HPSRLM. While formulating the proposal, revised CNN (Cost Norm Notification) may be taken into account as per MoRD notification no. 25, dated 4th May 2016.
