Jammu : Himayat Mission Management unit (HMMU), Jammu & Kashmir State Rural Livelihoods Mission (JKSRLM) invites proposals under Himayat-DDU-GKY from the Project Implementing Agencies registered with Ministry of Rural Development (PIA with valid PRN) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY) for Skill Development and Placement of youth in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Interested agencies may submit their proposal(s) online at erp.ddugky.info . While formulating the proposal, notifications issued by Ministry of Rural Development from time to time regarding implementation of scheme should be taken into consideration prior to filling proposals online. The notifications can be referred at http://www.ddugky.gov.in/notifications.
HMMU, JKSRLM has a target of covering 1,24,180 (pending to be approved 61,713) youth, to be trained in three years with 100% central share from DDU-GKY, MoRD, GOI. The training courses shall be for a duration of 3 to 12 months. The training shall be of non-residential in nature.
The last date for submission of proposals earlier notified to be 31st August, 2018 has been extended till 30th September, 2018 through an official order No. COO/JKSRLM/HMT/01/2016/Part-II dated 31.08.2018. However the proposals shall be appraised on first come first serve basis.
Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected and PIA shall have to re-submit application as per norms.
