Bhubaneswar : Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India through its EXPRESSION OF INTEREST notification No. ATIBBS/NSIT/ Space/ 2018 is desirous of hiring academic and office space for its Advanced Training Institute (ATI) located at Bhubaneswar, preferably from Government agencies ( not necessarily, Non Government, Private Firms, Individuals, Corporate may also apply) for introduction of new academic programmes. The requirement is about 20,000 sq. ft carpet area of which 4000-5000 sq .ft should be in Ground Floor for keeping Heavy Equipment. The Building should be preferably located near industrial hub of Bhubaneswar city. Building should have all modern amenities like air conditioning, power back up facility, parking etc. Monthly rent should be quoted initially on fixed basis for a period of three years as per financial bid annexed (Click Here) with this tender Notice.
