National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), MoRD GOI is implementing placement linked skill development program under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM), Rural Development Department Nagaland is the Nodal Agency for implementation of the program in the State.
• NSRLM through notification no. NSRLM/SMMU/EOI-DDU GKY/2017 its invites proposals from registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) No.(MoRD, GoI) to implement DDUGKY Project in the State of Nagaland for skill training and placement of 3448 rural youths during the year 2019-22.As per guideline laid down by the Ministry, 272 candidates are reserved for Persons with disabilities (PWDs) category.

• Interested Agencies may submit their proposal online at https://erp.ddugky.info/ along with non-refundable application fee of Rs. 25,000/- drawn in favour of ED KUDUMBSHREE QA. Indian Bank, A/c No. 6829891672, IFS Code- IDIB000P030, Pattom Branch, Thiruvananthapuram. The appraisal of the project proposals shall be carried out on the basis of Notification No. 20/2017 Dated 3rd April 2017, Rural Skills Division of MoRD, Government of India. Details for filling up online application form and deposit of fees is available in Notification No.69/2015 dated 07-Jan-2019 of MoRD. Applicant PIA should read the Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) carefully before filling up the application form which is available on website www.ddugky.gov.in
• Interested Agencies may apply for both short-term and long-term duration course (576 Hrs and maximum 1151 Hrs – 3 months and 1152 Hrs and maximum of 2304 Hrs- 6 months, 9 months & 12 months course duration respectively).
• Preference will be given to those PIAs providing captive placement and those PIAs with training centres in Nagaland.
• Proposals from eligible PIAs covering PWDs candidates will be given preference.

PIAs are encouraged to apply for projects only in the following sectors:
1. Automotive
2. Aviation
3. Constructions
4. Electronics
5. Financial services
6. Green energy
7. Textiles
• The proposals should be submitted on or before 5th February 2020, application received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
The application process is a complete online process hence there is no need to send the hard copy of documents. The entire process of application of proposals, screening & selection will be done strictly as per the guidelines and norms laid down by MoRD for the purpose.
