New Delhi : National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the client, through its RFP No.: RFP/INNOVATION/2018/0019 invites Expressions of Interest and proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): “Conducting Study on Impact of Govt Interventions on Job Creation” More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).
A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures and in Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP, in accordance with NSDC Procurement Guidelines.
