Request For Empanelment For Channel Partnership With NSDC Trust

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Trust is seeking Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced organizations to become a Channel Partner for its digital product, NSDC Trust. NSDC Trust offers a Verification-as-a-Service (VaaS) product designed to authenticate the identity, skills, education, and professional credentials of individuals. To expand its reach and improve sales, NSDC Trust seeks channel partners/resellers to promote, sell, and implement the product across various sectors.

The main objective of the channel partner is to drive sales, expand the customer base, and increase market penetration for NSDC Trust’s products by leveraging their local presence, networks, and industry
expertise 

Scope of Work

The scope of work for the selected channel partners will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Global Sales and Market Expansion:
    • Promotion and Marketing: The channel partner will actively promote NSDC Trust’s product by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This includes online and offline channels, participation in industry events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
    • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in industries such as education, corporate recruitment, government agencies, and healthcare, who can benefit from verification services.
    • Sales and Conversion: Convert leads into clients by demonstrating the product’s value, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
    • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of NSDC Trust in their respective regions or sectors, maintaining the product’s brand integrity and values.
    • Diversification: Identify different use cases for NSDC Trust across various sectors/industries and actively strategize to increase sales across all sectors/industries.
  • Customer Onboarding and Support:
    • Client Training: Provide initial product demos and training sessions to customers, ensuring they understand how to use the verification services effectively.
    • Customer Support: Offer first-line support to customers, resolving basic issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels. For more complex technical issues, escalate to NSDC Trust’s support team.
    • Client Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and upsell additional features or services as clients grow accustomed to the product.
  • Monitoring, Reporting and Coordination:
    • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, conversions, and feedback from the market to NSDC.
    • Monitoring: Continuously monitor the market and stakeholder feedback to optimize the implementation of NSDC Trust. Track the adoption and utilization of NSDC Trust across different sectors and provide regular reports to NSDC on the progress and success of the initiative.
    • Market Insights: Share insights and trends from the market, helping NSDC Trust refine its product features, pricing models, or marketing strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with NSDC Trust’s sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives, pricing, and messaging.
  • Compliance and Data Security:
    • Adherence to Data Security: Ensure that all operations comply with NSDC Trust’s data protection policies and standards, especially when dealing with sensitive information like identity verification.
    • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all marketing, sales, and client engagements comply with local legal requirements related to identity verification and data privacy.
  • Customer Support and Grievance Redressal
    • Provide end-user support services, ensuring a seamless experience for institutions, individuals, and employers using the platform.
    • Set up a grievance redressal mechanism to resolve any issues or concerns related to credential issuance or verification.
