New Delhi : Tourism and Hospitality Skills Council (THSC) is a Not-for-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) is promoted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with inclusive representation of the Government, industry, industry associations and Training Institutes across India, with financial support by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The key objective of the THSC is to create a robust and vibrant eco-system for quality education and skill development in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in the country.
We are pleased to invite Expression of Interest from Training Partners across India for specific paid training with details as under:
1. Name of Organization: a large national level private organization with presence in multiple cities.
2. Sector: Food industry
3. Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Cochin, Chandigarh, Jaipur.
4. Job Role: Home Delivery Boys
5. Training Content: will be provided by THSC
6. Delivery Methodology: Classroom
7. Scope of Work:
a. Mobilization of appropriate candidates.
b. Training: 1 day
c. Ensuring Joining of trained candidates with the organization.
d. Certification
e. Coordinating with THSC for all quality and performance and operational matters.
8. Financial settlements will be directly with the organization on Billing. Terms and Conditions will be shared post selection as a partner to execute this project.
9. Last date of Submission of EOI: 17th September 2018
10. Details to be submitted:
a. Profile of the Organization,
b. Relevant Work experience in the Food sector
c. Experience of Mobilization
d. Affiliation Details if already a Training Partner.
e. Preferred locations for target allocation.
11. Target Allocation: Will be done by THSC on Merit and experience of the applying Organization.
Eligibility of Candidates:
a. 18 years and above
b. Should have a 2 wheeler
c. Driving License
d. Should have an android mobile phone version 4.4 and above
e. Well groomed and good personal hygiene
f. Ability to read basic English.
