Bihar Skill Development Mission invites Request for Proposal (RFP) for Knowledge Framework Provider for Skill Development Program Management (KFP-SDPM), eCP-SYP and SISA-SDP

Skill Development initiative is paramount for the development of State of Bihar. Bihar Skill Development Mission is inviting Request for Proposal (RFP) for Knowledge Framework Provider for Skill Development Program Management (“KFP-SDPM”). BSDM is looking out for a Bidder who has long experience and proven track record in designing, developing, implementing, managing and monitoring of skill development training in key sector/s preferably on a state-wide scale to millions of candidates through its thousands of franchised or affiliated or recognized or authorized Training centers.

Also, BSDM invites Request for Proposals for eContent Provider for Smart Yuva Program (eCP-SYP) and State-wide Implementation Support Agency for Skill Development Program (SISA-SDP).

Last date for submission of proposals: 15 June 2016
