Managing Director, Rajasthan Skills & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) Dept. of Skill, Govt. of Rajasthan, invites proposals (Single Bid Two Envelope System) from reputed and experienced Agencies for Selection of Project Management Unit (PMU) by Rajasthan Skills & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) for effective Implementation and Monitoring of SANKALP Scheme in Rajasthan through the deployment of Human Resources at State as well as at District levels
Bid Document Fee and Bid Processing Fee: All Applicants have to pay a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of Rs. 25,0007- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) payable to RSLDC and Bid Processing Fee of Rs. 1,180/-(including GST) (One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only) payable through e-payment mode to MD, RISL, GOR (ie. NEFT/RTGS/Credit Card/Debit Card) on E-Proc Portal
Bid Security: 2%According to the Finance (G & T) Department’s notification dated 18/12/2020 in lieu of Bid security a Bid Security Declaration is to be submitted on a Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs. 50/- Only. The format of this is attached with this/Bid documents. The proof of Bid Security should be submitted in the office of the Managing Director, RSLDC, EMI Campus, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jaipur- 302004 on or before 03:00 PM of 06-July-2021, failing which the bid will be rejected. This Bid Security will be refundable as per rules. If the selected bidder fails to submit the requisite performance guarantee or to execute the agreement, this Bid Security will be forfeited.

The Proposal has to be submitted through online mode on https://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in and can be searched by clicking the Tab “Bid Free View” on the home page of the above website and then going to Live Bid/ Hot Bid by searching Department Name as “RSLDC”. The Proposal has to be submitted in online mode containing the following cover stage –
A) Technical Bid Open Stage
B) Cóst Bid Open Stage

The last date for uploading of proposal/bid will be 06-July-2021 up to 03:00 PM. Technical Bid will be opened on 07-July-2021 at 11:30 AM. The Evaluation of Bids will be under the QCBS system. Please refer RFP document for complete details.
The undersigned reserves the right to issue addendum/corrigendum/modification or to amend any or all conditions of this RFP Document or to accept or reject any or all proposal(s) or to cancel the whole of this
RFP at any stage without assigning any reason thereof and no bidder shall have any cause of action or claim against the undersigned or RSLDC for the same.
