Home Management and Care Givers Sector Skill Council (HMCGSSC) invites Developers to develop Learning Material for Domestic Workers Sector to improve learning of trainees undergoing skilling programs offered by HMCGSSC.
Prospective Providers who meet the pre-qualification criteria may furnish their Request for Proposal (RFP) with all the necessary documents via email as well as hard copy.
Objective of RFP
- The Objective of this RFP is to develop new Qualification and rationalization of existing Qualification Pack and related documents (as mentioned in Part 2, scope of work) for the Domestic Workers sector to enhance the quality of learning for the courses offered by HMCGSSC.
- The Qualification Pack and related document (as mentioned in Part 2, scope of work) shall be developed for Trainees and Trainers for the selected Job Roles by HMCGSSC as per the demand of the Domestic Workers Industry
- The selected Developer would be responsible for the development of the required development and production of the same as per the Terms and Conditions laid down by HMCGSSC.
- This invitation of RFP intends to share the details of the scope of work entailed as part of this proposed partnership between the Developer and HMCGSSC.

– All the Qualification documents shall be developed in English and Hindi language.
– The developer shall submit the documents within the timeline specified in the work
- Participant Handbook and Facilitator Guide (PHB & FG)
- Development of Participant handbook based on the QP’s /NOS’sÂ
- Facilitator guide with TDP based on the QP’s /NOS’sÂ
- PPT (Training Presentation)Â Â
- All the content shall be developed in English and Hindi language
- Content Developer will be responsible for the production of the above-mentioned material as per the guidelines of NSDC/ NCVET
