Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) is the autonomous body under the Department of Labor, Employment, Training & Skill Development, and Government of Jharkhand. JSDMS intends to invite interested and eligible agencies through the Request For Proposal (RFP) for Designing, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Automated Skill Development Portal of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society.
Objective of RFP:
- The RFP will enable to select an appropriate agency to Develop, Integrate, Implement and Maintain skill development and allied activities on line through one single portal.
- It is envisaged that the portal will be able to automate all activities of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society, minimizing all human interface and involvement.
- The proposed will be able to receive, store, analyze all previous data generated through the present and existing portal of JSDMS.
- The proposed portal will be single window of JSDMS to generate skill development data of the
skill development initiatives of the state.
Scope of Work: Automation of Skill Development and related activities implemented by JSDMS along with integration with other National and State portals. Brief of work are as follows:
- Automaton of full life cycle of Skill Training portal/application in terms of like Designing, Development, Testing, Implementation, Deployment and its Maintenance.
- Application Software and Tools should be matched with the industry standard along with keeping the future impact.
- On premise installation and continued licenses (4 core minimum).
- No limitation on the number of stakeholders/users for any part or full system.
- Vendor has to clearly mention the list of the third-party license software/application applied.
- Dashboard- Feature to generate Enterprise class BI and GIS based reports.
- Android application should be developed initially for Candidate registration. Later, rest of the
modules to be integrated to android application.
Mode of Submission: Online. Two-part tender comprising of technical bid and financial bid should be submitted electronically (online only) through e-tender portal “eProcurement System Government of Jharkhand (jharkhandtenders.gov.in)”. Bidder should read all the terms and conditions and accept the same to proceed further to submit their respective bid. Tendering system will give a successful bid update message after uploading all the bid documents submitted.
