Managing Director, Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE), the State Skill Development Mission, Department of Labour & Skills, Government of Kerala hereby invites detailed proposal from eligible entities to undertake the study titled “Skill Gap Study and Impact Evaluation of Existing Short Term Skill training programmes in Kerala State”. KASE proposes to conduct skill gap and study in all fourteen (14) districts of Kerala namely, Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod. Interested Bidders may submit a single proposal for all the Fourteen (14) Districts.
In order to implement various skilling activities, policy implementation and initiate new Projects under in the State, there is need to ascertain the demand and supply gap in skilling space across various districts of Kerala. There is also a need to foresee the projected Job requirements / sectoral demand in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sector in the next five years, in the state of Kerala.

This tender is an e-Tender and is being published online for the selection of agency. The tender is invited in two (2) cover system from the registered and eligible firms through eprocurement portal of Government of Kerala.
Prospective bidders willing to participate in this tender shall necessarily register themselves with above mentioned e-procurement portal.

Bid submission: Bidders have to submit their bids along with supporting documents to support their eligibility, as required in this tender document on www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. No manual submission of bid is allowed and manual bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
Opening of Technical Bid and Bidder short-listing: The technical bids will be opened, evaluated and shortlisted as per the eligibility and technical qualifications. All documents in support of technical qualifications shall be submitted (online). Failure to submit the documents online will attract disqualification.
KASE reserves the right to cancel the RFP process as a whole or in part without assigning any reasons.
