New Delhi : National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the client, through its RFP No.: RFP/INNOVATION/2018/0020 invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): “Preparation of State Skill Action Plan for the state of Jammu & Kashmir”. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7) given in the RFP Document ( Click Here to Download ).
A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures and in Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP, in accordance with NSDC Procurement Guidelines. It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.

Details on the proposal’s submission date, time and address are provided in Clauses 17.7 and 17.9 of the ITC have now been amended. The new Last Date of Proposal Submission is 14:00 Hrs on 8th August 2018 and the Date of Opening of Bids is 15:00 Hrs on 8th August 2018
