Kohima : Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM), Government of Nagaland through its notification No. NSRLM/SMMU/EoI-DDUGKY/2017 Dated 1st July 2019 invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalys Yojana (DDU-GKY) from Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number(PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) GOI to implement DDU-GKY Project in the State of Nagaland for skilling and placement of 4818 rural youths during the year 2019-22. As per guideline laid down by the Ministry, 272 candidates reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) category. Interested PIAs of different categories may submit their proposals online at https://erp.ddugky.info and are advised to go through the detailed guidelines and SOPs of DDUGKY available on www.ddugky.gov.in before applying online. While preparing the proposal latest CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account. Further PIAs may keep into consideration below mentioned points before applying:
i) Preference will be given to long term duration course (1152 Hrs and maximum of 2304 Hrs – 6 months / 9 months / 12 months course duration) and to agencies providing captive placement and those PIAs with Training Centers in Nagaland.

ii) PIAs are encouraged to apply for projects in the following sectors only : Aviation, Apparels, Automotive, Capital Goods, Constructions, Electronics, Financial Services, Green Energy, Food Processing, Health Care, Retail, Textiles and IT/ITeS & Telecom
iii) As per Notification No. 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017, Rural Skills Division of MoRD, GoI. The project appraisal fee an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) will be applicable to the applicant PIA separately through NEFT/RTGS to bank Account of NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. iv) The proposals should be submitted online on or before 12:00 PM of 31st July 2019. Applications received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
v) The application process is a complete online process hence to send the hard copy of documents. The entire process of application of proposals, screening & selection will be done strictly as per the guidelines and norms laid down by MoRD for the purpose.
