Dehradun : Government of Uttrakhand, Integrated Livelihood Support Project, Project Management Unit (PMU) through Reference No. RFP/IFAD-ILSP/2018-19/155 hereby invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from Government / Non Government and Private institutions / agencies already affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or the Sector Skill Council for the concerned sector(s) OR National Council on Vocational Training (“NCVT”) for Empanelment as Vocational Training Agencies (VTA) with Uttrakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS) under Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP)

1. Government of Uttrakhand has received a loan from International Fund for Agricultural Development towards the cost of USD 90 Million and through UGVS to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for providing services under vocational training programs through the empanelled Experienced Government / Non Government and Private Institutions / agencies as Vocational Training Agencies (VTA).
2. The Additional Project Director (APD), UGVS invites proposals from eligible interested and Experienced Government / Non Government and Private institutions / agencies already affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or the Sector Skill Council for the concerned sector(s) OR National Council on Vocational Training (“NCVT”) for Empanelment as Vocational Training Agencies (VTA) with UGVS under Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP)

4. Lats date for receiving the proposals at UGVS office in Dehradun along with the Earnest Money of Rs. 50,000/- in favour of Additional Project Director, UGVS, Dehradun) in the form of bank draft / bankers cheque / FDR is 22nd May 2018 upto 02:00 pm at the office of the “Additional Project Director, Uttrakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti 216-Phase 2, Panditwari, Dehradun”
5. Opening of Proposals will take place at 03:00 pm on 22nd May 2018 at the office of Additional Project Director, as mentioned above.
6. The successful firms will also have to provide performance security of Rs. 5 lakh in the form of bank guarantee / FDRs in the name of Additional Project Director, UGVS before the agreement.
7. If on the last day of receiving / opening of proposals becomes a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the day of receiving / opening the proposals. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
8. The Purchaser may add any additional information as required for providing information to the bidders. But this additional information should not be in contrary to other provisions of the bidding documents.
