State Project Management Unit, Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Uttarakhand through its notification Ref. No. 286/TC/89/SPMU/2011-12 invites proposals from registered Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) with Permanent registration Number (PRN) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU GKY) project in the state of Uttarakhand, Interested PIAs may submit their proposals online at https://erp.ddugky.info/ as per prescribed format and process by MoRD along with non-refundable application fee of Rs. 25,000 per application drawn in favor of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, State Project Management Unit, A/C No. 00880100017168, Bank of Baroda – Dehradun main branch IFSC Code BARB0DEHRAD (Fifth Character Zero) Dehradun – 248001. Qualitative fee will be applicable separately to the qualified PIA. This is in pursuant of Notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 regarding the appraisal process for new projects.
The proposals should be submitted on or before 30th September 2019, application received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected amd PIA will have to resubmit application as per norms. Hard copy applications will not be entertained.

Project duration should be maximum of three years or till 31st March 2022 whichever is earlier. As per the targets available with the state, PIA should submit the proposal for a span of 3 to 9 months. Preference will be given to champion employers and agencies that shall provide captive placements. Proposed training centers shall be both residential and non-residential type. Preference will be given to PIAs opening training centre in hill districts of Uttarakhand.
