Request for Proposal for selection of agency for Conducting Online Annual Examination Pattern for ITI Trainees /Selection/ Recruitment examinations

The Directorate of Skill Development&Entrepreneurship( DSDE), Government of Goa invites bids from suitable bidders to select experienced and capable Agency for End To End, Conduct of Online Annual Examination for ITI Trainees and Recruitment / Selection Examinations of Goa, as recognized by Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of Goa up to 15.00 Hrs on date 25.03.2019

The agreement period shall be for three years. The DSDE may allot examinations to the selected bidder during the period of agreement. The agreement may also be renewed subject to conditions specified for one more year.

• The Service Provider Agency shall be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)method
• Amendments / Corrigendum if any shall be communicated only to the agencies that have procured the RFP document
  Pre-qualification bid, Technical bid and Financial bid must be prepared in the prescribed formats and submitted online on website ; www. Tenderwizard.com/GOA as per the tender schedule.
• Incomplete proposals or those not fulfilling the specified requirement shall not be considered.
• The bidder shall quote the process fee to be charged by him for the conducting end to end question paper based online annual examination per candidate per paper and for other Recruitment/selection examinations of Goa.
• Pre-qualification bid, Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be opened as per schedule at the office of DSDE Panjim Goa.

Issue of RFP Documents :  Upto 12/03/2019 during regular office hours (upto 13.00 Hrs.)
Pre Bid Meeting : 18/03/2019 at 11.00 Hrs. at Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship,Shramashakti Bhavan, 3rdFlr,Patto, Panai,Goa – 403001
Last date for Submission of response to RFP : 25/03/2019 upto 15:00 Hrs.
Time, Place and date for opening of Pre- Qualification bid : 28/03/2019 at 15.30 Hrs. at Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship,Shramashakti Bhavan, 3rdFlr,Patto, Panaji, Goa – 403001
Opening of Technical bids : To be communicated later
Finalization of evaluation of Technical Bids by Competent Authority : Please note that the date for Technical presentation shall be communicated to the applicants.
Time, Place and date for opening of the Financial Proposal : To be communicated later
