Bhopal : The Directorate of Skill Development, Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment, Government of Madhya Pradesh by publishing its Tender No. 1 dated 4th April 2018 invites bids from eligible bidders to select an experienced and capable agency for end to end conduct of Online Semester Examination for ITI students by 3:00 PM 25/04/2018.
This RFP has 3 parts namely Part-1 : Invitation of Bid & Bid Processing; Part-2 : Contract and Part-3 : Terms of Reference (TOR)
1. PART 1: INVITATION OF BID AND BID PROCESSING
1.1 GENERAL
1.1.1 The Directorate of Skill Development, Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment, Government of Madhya Pradesh invites bids from eligible bidders to select an experienced and capable agency for end to end conduct of Online Semester Examination for ITI students by 3:00 PM 25/04/2018.
1.1.2 The bid can be submitted by hand in the office of Director,Skill Development or by registered post. Bid submitted by ordinary post or courier services or by emails or Fax or any other form than indicated shall be rejected summarily. The address for bid submission is as under:

1.1.3 The Contract period shall be for two years, extendable by one more year in case of satisfactory performance. The Directorate of Skill Development may allot examinations to the selected bidder during the period of Contract. The Contract may also be renewed subject to conditions specified for one more year.
1.1.4 RFP document may be downloaded from website http://www.mpskills.gov.inby paying its cost Rs. 10000/-(Ten thousand only)in the form of Demand Draft, before last date of sale of Bid Document. Cost of RFP is non-refundable and will have to submitted along with the technical bid in Envelope:1
1.1.5 Bid Security Rs.15,00,000/-(INR Fifteen lakh) payable by Demand draft issued by a nationalized or scheduled commercial bank in favour of the Director, Skill Development , payable at Jabalpur branch and shall be submitted along with the bid.
1.1.6 The bidder shall quote the process fee to be charged by him for the conducting end to end question paper based onlinesemester examination per candidate per paper.
1.1.7 Technical Bids (Envelop1 and 2) shall be opened on the 26/04/2018. at 11:00 AM at the office of Director, Skill Development, Bhopal.

Bid Security Validity Period : 90 days from the date of opening of bid.
Performance Guarantee Value : 7% of project cost
Performance Guarantee validity period : 6 months after the stipulated date of completion of the Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
Scope of work, duties and obligations of the Service Provider (the successful bidder shall be called Service Provider after Contract is executed) and obligations of the Directorate of Skill Development (hereinafter called DSD); have been given in Terms of Reference (TOR).
