Dehradun : State Project Management Unit, Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Uttarakhand through its Notification Ref. No. 834/140/DDU-GKY/SPMU-RD/2018 invites proposals from registered Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) with Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of DDU-GKY project in the state of Uttarakhand, Interested PIAs may submit their proposals online at https://erp.ddugky.info/ as per prescribed format and process and process by MoRD along with non-refundable application fee of Rs. 25,000/- per application drawn in favour of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, State Project Management Unit, A/C No. 00880100017168 , Bank of Baroda, Dehradun main branch IFSC Code BARB0DEHRAD (Fifth character is Zero in IFSC Code) Dehradun 248001. Qualitative fee will be applicable separately to the qualified PIA. This is in pursuant of Notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 regarding the appraisal process of new projects.

The proposals should be submitted on or before 5th April 2019, applications received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected and PIA will be to resubmit application as per norms. Hard copy applications will not be entertained.
The proposal should be maximum of three years. As per the targets available with the state, PIA should submit the proposal for a span of 3 to 9 months. Preference will be given to champion employers and agencies that shall provide captive placements. Proposed training shall be both residential and non residential in Uttarakhand and NCR. However preference would be given to the residential training PIAs are encouraged to apply for projects in the following sectors.
