AMLA Municipal Council through its N.I.T. No. 1149/DAY-NULM/EST&P/E-Tender/2019 invites Technical Offer for selection of training agencies, for the Employment of potential urban poor through EST&P Program (Employment though Skill Training and Placement under Day State Urban Livelihood Mission from empanelled direct training provider identified & partnered by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) & SSC(Self) for sector/trade listed below online. Earnest money Rs. 50,000.00 shall be submitted in the form of FDR in favors of CMO – Municipal Council, Amla.
List of Sector / Course is as under :
Domestic Worker SSC (Housekeeper cum Cook)
Apparel SSC (Self Employed Tailor)
The Training Provider can quote two technical offers only for the SSC sector/Courses, they are empanelled.
No. of Trainee for Sector/Trade identified above will be on the basis of skill gap analysis of NSDC for Amla City and the modules of the Courses will bs NSQF compliance. The financial cost is based on as per DAY-NULM guideline.
Bidder should be submitting:
(i) l- E-Payment Receipt of EMD
(ii) 2- E-Paymert Receipt for the cost of Bid document
(iii)3- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp of Rs. 500/-
(iv) 4- Registration in Appropriate Section of Law
(v) 5- PAN card and GST registration – All above documents in Envelope-A
(vi) 6- Technical Proposal in Envelope-B
Note: Rules and regulation regarding GST updated by Govt. from time to time shall be accepted by the Bidder.
