State Council for IT & e-Governance Department of Information Technology & Communication in Arunachal Pradesh intends to select eligible bidders through Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT Skill Development Programme to generate Employment in BPO Sector.
State Council for IT & e-Governance is the nodal agency for implementation of the project and thereby holds right to reject any or all of the applications submitted in response to this RFP document at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Nodal department also reserves right to withhold or withdraw the process at any stage with intimation to all who have submitted their bids in response to this RFP. Department of T and C reserve the right to change/ modify/ amend any or all of the provisions of this RFP document without assigning any reason.
