No.: 01/DAY-NULM/EST&P/e-tender/SMC/2019 Satna invites Technical Offer for selection of training agency for the Employment of potential urban poor Employment through Skill training and placement (EST&P) under Day National Urban Livelihood Mission from empanelled training provider identified by NSDC (National Skill Development Council) & also approved by MP National Govt. for sector/trade listed below online. Earnest money Rs. 66,000.00 shall be submitted in the form of FDR in favors of Commissioner Municipal Corporation Satna.

The training provider can quote there technical offer only for the sector they are empanelled. No. of Trainee for Sector/Trade identified above will be on the basis of skill gap analysis of NSDC for Satna City and the modules of the Courses Will be NSQF compliance. The TOR of the Training Programmed may be seen on website- www.mpurban.gov.in. The financial cost is based on as per DAY-NULM guideline.
Bidder should be submitting: (i) 1- E-Payment Receipt of EMD (ii) 2- E-Payment Receipt for the cost of Bid document (iii) 3- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp of Rs. 100/- (iv) 4- Registration in Appropriate Section of Law (v) 5- EPF registration (vi) 6- PAN card and GST registration – All above documents in Envelope-A (vii) 7- Technical Proposal in Envelope-B
Note: Rules and regulation regarding GST updated by Govt. time to time shall be accepted by the Bidder.
