Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) through its Notification F.No.13 (19)-RD (TRLM)/2016/8119-24 invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from the Project Implementing Agencies (PlA) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) for placement linked skill development training under DDU-GKY in the state of Tripura. The candidate shall have to be mobilised/counselled at training centre within the state and minimum 4-5 months of the training courses shall have to be imparted at training centre located outside the state. Interested PIAs may submit their proposal online at www.erp.ddugky.info.
While preparing the proposal, rates notified vide Gazette Notification No.:1/2021 dated 27th January,2021 is to be taken into account. Interested PIAs may participate in online workshops which will be conducted on 7th March, 2021 and 11th March,2021 in between 2-4 PM for better understanding of the process of submitting project proposal. Link for online workshop will be shared on www.trlm.tripura.gov.in.

Proposals should be submitted on online portal within 12th March, 2021. Application received after the scheduled date and time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposal shall be summarily rejected. Subsequent to the online submission, soft copy (in PDF format) should be emailed to pm.sp.trlm@gmail.com within 2 (Two) days of submission of the proposal online. Hard copy of the proposal should be sent along with a complete set of supporting documents in secured envelope addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission, New Secretariat Building, Capital Complex, Agartala, pin-799010. The envelope should be supersacribed with ‘DDU-GKY Project Proposal’. Hard copies of proposals should reach this office within 10 (Ten) days of submitting the proposal online. The interested/intending PIAs may have an access to the DDU-GKY guidelines/sops at
www.ddugky.gov.in for the terms and conditions for filing online project proposals.
