TRLM invites proposals to impart skill training at centers outside Tripura

Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), Rural Development Department through its F.No.13 (19)-RD (TRLM)/2016/2459-64 invites proposals under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from the Project Implementing Agencies (PIA) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) for placement linked skill development training
under DDU-GKY of long-term training duration courses in the state of Tripura. The candidate shall have to be mobilised/ counselled at training centre within the state.

Minimum of 4 (four) to 5 (five) months of the training courses shall have to be imparted at training centre located outside the state. Proposals submitted by PIAs of Champion Employer (CE) and’A’ categories will be given preference for approval. Interested PIAs of appropriate categories may submit their proposal online at www.erp.ddugky.info.

While preparing the proposal, revised new rates notified vide Gazette Notification dated 4th January, 2019 is to be taken into account. The PIA will have to pay an application fee for an amount of Rs.25,000/- through NEFT/ RTGS to the bank A/C of NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. given below:

Proposals should be submitted on online portal by 17th July,2020.

Application received after the scheduled date and time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposal shall be summarily rejected. Subsequent to the online submission, soft copy (in PDF format) should be emailed to pm.sp.trlm@gmail.com copy to ceotrlm@gmail.com and addlceotrlm@gmail.com within 2 (Two) day of submission of the proposal online. Hard copy of the proposal should be sent along with a complete set
of supporting documents in secured envelope addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission, State Mission Management Unit, Bholanandapalli, Opp. of EPF office, Agartala, Pin- 799006. The envelope should be superscribed with ‘DDUGKY Project Proposal’. Hard copies of proposals should reach this office within 10 (Ten) days of submitting the proposal online. The interested/intending PIAs may have an access to the DDU-GKY guidelines/SoPs at www.ddugky.gov.in for the terms and
conditions for filing online project proposals.
