Request for Proposals for skill training of Persons with Disabilities

Dehradun: State Project Management Unit, Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Uttarakhand through its RFP Ref. No. 583/199/DDU-GKY/SPMU-RD/2019 Dated 31-12-2021 invites proposals from registered Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) with Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) DDU-GKY project in the state of Uttarakhand. Interested PIAs may submit their proposals online at www.erp.ddugky.info/ as per prescribed format and process by MoRD along with non-refundable application fee of Rs 25,000 per application drawn in favour of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), State Project Management Unit, A/C 00880100017168, Bank of Baroda – Dehradun main branch IFSC Code BARB0DEHRAD (Fifth character is zero in IFSC Code) Dehradun-248001. Qualitative fee will be applicable separately to the qualified PIA. This is in pursuant of Notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 regarding the appraisal process for new projects.

The proposals should be submitted on or before 31st January 2021. Applications received after aforesaid date shall not be entertained in this round of appraisal. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected and PIA will have to resubmit application as per norms. Hard Copy applications will not be entertained.

Project duration should be maximum of three years. As per the targets available with the state, PIA should submit the proposal for a span of 3 to 6 months. Proposed training centers shall be both residential and non-residential type.
