Managing Director, Rajasthan Skills & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) Dept. of Skill, Govt. of Rajasthan, invites Bids (Single Bid Two Envelope System) from reputed and experienced Bidders for conducting District-wise & Sector Wise GAP STUDY & Skill Development Impact Analysis Study in Rajasthan.
Kindly note that the selection of Bidders under this Bid Document will not guarantee the allocation of work and RSLDC will assume no liability or cost towards it. RSLDC makes no commitments, express or implied, that this process will not result in a business transaction between anyone.
Bid Document Fee and Bid Processing Fee: All Bidders have to pay a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to RSLDC and Bid Processing Fee of Rs. 1,180.00 (with GST) (One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only) payable through e-payment mode to MD, RISL, GOR (1.e. NEFT/RTGS/Credit Card/Debit Card) on E-Proc Portal.
Bid Security Declaration: 2%. According to the finance (G&T) Department’s Notification dated 18.12.2020, in lieu of Bid Security, a “Bid Security Declaration shall be taken.

Bid Security declaration shall be taken according to Finance (GF&AR) Department’s Circular dated 23.12 2020. The format of this is attached with This/Bid Document.
The Bids has to be submitted through online mode on https://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in and can be searched by clicking the Tab “Bid Free View” on the home page of the above website and then going to Live Bid/ Hot Bid by searching Department Name as “RSLDC”
The Bid has to be submitted in online mode containing the following cover stage-
A) Technical Bid
B) Financial Bid
The application procedure, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, terms and conditions, and the scope of work are detailed in this Bid Document which can be seen or downloaded from the “e-Procurement Portal https://www.eproc. rajasthan.gov.in or you may Click Here to view or download.
The last date for uploading of proposal/bid will be 28-06-2021 up to 13.00 Hrs. Technical Bid will be opened on 28-06-2021 at 16:00 Hrs. The Evaluation of Bids will be under the LCS system. Please refer Bid document for complete details.
The undersigned reserves the right to issue addendum/corrigendum/modification or to amend any or all conditions of this Bid Document or to accept or reject any or all proposal(s) or to cancel the whole of this Bid Process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof and no bidder shall have any cause of action or claim against the undersigned or RSLDC for the same.
