Indore Municipal Corporation through its N.I.T. No. : DAY-NULM/EST&P/E-Tender/2019-20/315 invites Technical Offer for selection of training agency for the Employment of potential urban poor Employment through Skill Training and Placement (EST&P) under Day State Urban Livelihood Mission from empanelled experienced training provider identified by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), Domestic Sector Skill Council & also approved by MP State Govt. for sector/trade listed below. Earnest money Rs. 50,000/- shall be submitted in the form of FDR in favors of National Urban Livelihoods Mission – Indore Municipal Corporation. Domestic Workers Sector specific courses (as per SSC qualification pack codes) are required to be implemented as under :
1. Child Care Taker (DWC/Q0201)
2. Elderly Care Taker (DWC/Q0801)
3. Housekeeper cum Cook (DWC/Q101)
The Training Provider can quote technical offer only for the SSC sector/Courses, they are empanelled.
No. of Trainee for Sector/Trade identified above will be on the basis of skill gap analysis of NSDC for Indore City and the modules of the Courses will be NSQF compliance. The TOR of the Training Programme may be seen on website www.mpurban.gov.in. The financial cost is based on as per DAY-NULM guideline.
Bidder should be submitting: (i) 1- Demand Draft of EMD (ii) 2- Demand Draft for the cost of Bid document (iii) 3- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp of Rs. 500/- (iv) 4- Registration in Appropriate Section of Law (v) 5- PAN card and GST registration – All above documents in Envelope-A (vi) 6- Technical Proposal in Envelope-B
Note: Rules and regulation regarding GST updated by Govt. time to time shall be accepted by the Bidder.
