Shreetron, a UP Government undertaking invites Request for Empanelment (RFE) for Service Provider for Computer Training & Other Trainings

Shreetron India Limited, an Uttar Pradesh Government Undertaking inviting Request for Empanelment of Companies/Firms of proven capabilities as a Service Provider for Computer Training and Other Trainings for a period of 2 years.

Service Providers are advised to study the tender Document carefully. Submission of Proposal against this tender shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and examination of the procedures, terms, and conditions of the tender Document with full understanding and its implications.

The tentative list of work for empanelment for COMPUTER TRAINING & OTHER TRAININGS category is mentioned below as per the requirement of individual orders from the client Departments:

1. Computer Training
2. Skill Training
3. Capacity Building
4. Software Based, ETC

Eligibility Criteria Documents required

1. Sole Proprietorship Firm:
   (must have registration in any two of the following) :
   1. MSME Act, 2006 of GoI and/or U.P. MSME (Establishment & Operations) Act, 2020, Society registered under Societies Act.
   2. GST Registration
   3. Registration in Shop and Establishment Act prevailing in any State of India
2. Partnership Firm: Registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
3. Public/ Private Limited Companies registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956/ 2013.
4. Limited Liability Partnership Firm(LLP) registered under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
5. One Person Company (OPC) registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Points to Note:

1. Registration should be at least 04 years old.)
2. The main object or work of the area should be IT & ITeS related Training and related work.
3. Bidder must have GST Registration.
4. Bidder must have PAN.
5. Bidder must have ITR at least for last 03 financial year
6. Bidder must have a “Positive net worth ” in the last Financial year
7. The Company should not be blacklisted by Central Govt/State Govt/PSU/ Autonomous body in India and there should not be any criminal case registered against the Director(s)/Head of the organization or company/ firm in any Court of Law.
8. The consortium of companies/firms etc. is not allowed to apply for empanelment
