Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) : Uranium Corporation of India Ltd (UCIL) will impart technical training to the youths of Turamdih and nearby areas and make them self-reliant and also make them ready for better performance in higher studies so that the rural adivasis can compete with the urban youths.
The training programme will begin on Tuesday, December 20 said, Girish Gupta, additional manager of Turamdih Uranium Project.
He informed that 160 students from 20 villages will be selected from nearby areas of Turamdih Uranium Project and will be given free training to link them to skill development.
Girish Gupta further said, during the training students will be made to speak fluent English, will be given Basic computer knowledge and through career counseling there talent will be upgraded so that rural youths participation increases in various competition.
