Position: Trainer-Beautician/ Assistant Beauty Therapist

Location: Najafgarh, Delhi
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- Degree in Beauty culture/ Beauty & skin / Hair & skin/ Cosmetology with 2 years of experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Beauty culture/ Beauty & skin / Hair & skin/ Cosmetology with 5 years of relevant experience
Skills and Competencies required:
- Ability to teach rural youth using curriculum and session plan about the beautician/ Beauty Therapist
- Ability to manage verbal and nonverbal communications and social media
- Good documentation, computer, communication skills
- Strong analytical and training skills
- Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
- Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure to provide 2/3-month class room training and practical to the trainees and explore the placement opportunity of the trained trainees under the Beautician domain
- Mobilization of rural youth at village and Panchyat level for skill development program,
Remuneration: Negotiable for deserving person
