Assistive Technology Exhibition

Department for International Development (DFID) UK, in collaboration with Skill Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD) and IIT Delhi is organizing an exhibition on Assistive Technology.
Purpose:
The objective of this exhibition is to showcase and demonstrate range of assistive technologies and devices to support learning and employment of persons with disabilities. This exhibition will be a platform for demonstrating and showcasing full range of technical tools supporting everyday life of PwDs. The thematic focus areas of the exhibition are assistive devices, healthcare services and equipment, rehabilitation and therapies, housing and environment, wellbeing and support.
What to Expect?
Exhibitors will be showcasing different products, technical equipment, solutions and recreation opportunities for people with disabilities, their families and employers, which ensures smooth management of everyday life. In addition, the exhibition also focuses on current issues and developments of the industry during the scheduled high-quality seminars and information sessions scheduled.
The Exhibition is an opportunity for assistive technology solution providers, employers apart from training partners to adopt innovative assistive technologies in the teaching methodology.
Timings:
Exhibition: 10:00 hours – 16:00 hours ( 10 AM – 04 PM )
Technical Session: 10:00 hours – 12:15 hours ( 10 AM – 12:15 PM )
