Bangkok : Skill Development Department produces personnel for international logistics sector. Labor Minister Sirichai Ditthakul granted certificates to 51 trainees under a logistics personnel development project. He said that the Department of Skill Development in cooperation with the Association of International Freight Forwarders (FIATA) has produced 700 logistics operators to solve a shortage in competent personnel in international logistics sector.
All the trainees have graduated a bachelor’s degree and been newly employed with a monthly salary ranging from 14,000 to 25,000 baht.
