Josh Talks partners with NSDC to support its mission of skilling young Indians

New Delhi : Josh Talks announced its partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to support the Skill India Mission. NSDC will leverage the Josh Talks’ reach to inspire and educate the platform’s daily viewers about its skill development programmes and vocational training opportunities.

Josh Talks will begin by showcasing personal journey of the skill champions emerging out of the NSDC’s flagship WorldSkills Competition. The inspiring, personal journeys of the winners will be highlighted in engaging video formats starting with the story of Rohim Momin, the representative and winner of the brick laying competition. This will be followed by Josh Talks opening access to several skill-based modules on spoken English, personality development for the Tier III & Tier IV audience.

These courses have been designed to upskill the youth, particularly in rural India and generate better employment opportunities for them.

Market research suggests that around 320 million new users are likely to adopt internet-use in India (dominantly in regional languages) by 2023, proving the internet to be a powerful tool to seep education to the farthest reaches of the country.
