New Delhi : With reference to the notice related to the downtime of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) SMART portal, which can be referred at http://smart.nsdcindia.org/img/IMPORTANT%20NOTICE%20RELATED%20TO%20DOWNTIME%20OF%20 SMART%20PORTAL%20cont.pdf , for Training Providers (TPs) already existing/registered on SMART portal (http://smart.nsdcindia.org/ ) the last date for Scheme recommendation (Short Term training) is
14th April 2019- 5:00 PM.
It is pertinent to note that in case Accreditation and Affiliation processes are not complete on the SMART portal (http://smart.nsdcindia.org/ ), which includes continuous monitoring and job role wise affiliation fee receipt by 30th April 2019, 05:00 PM, the training center will not be able to onboard on SDMS during the downtime period (from 01st May 2019 to 31st May 2019).

However, from 01st June 2019 i.e. post the downtime period, all Training Providers and Training centers will be able to resume normal operations for the center Accreditation and Affiliation on ‘Skill India’ portal (https://skillindia.nsdcindia.org/).
For new Training Provider and their Training Centre registered on new Skill India portal (https://skillindia.nsdcindia.org/), Scheme recommendation (Short Term training) would continue.
