iGOT Karmayogi Bharat, the dynamic capacity development ecosystem for government officials, managed by Karmayogi Bharat SPV in partnership with NITI Aayog, is proud to announce the launch of a curated collection dedicated to the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP).
Building on the success of the Aspirational Districts Programme, NITI Aayog has introduced the Aspirational Blocks Programme, aiming to further empower underprivileged regions across India. The newly launched collection on the iGOT Karmayogi platform is designed to build the functional, domain-specific, and behavioral competencies of 5000 Block-level officials operating in 500 identified Blocks. The objective is to equip these officials with essential knowledge and skills required to effectively fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
The curated module encompasses a wide array of subjects essential for Block officials, and it is expected to enhance their contributions to the transformation of underserved Blocks, ultimately leading to improved grassroots governance. The collection comprises ten courses carefully tailored to meet the unique challenges and needs of Block-level officials. These courses include:

Leadership (DoPT)
Orientation Module on Mission LiFE (Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change)
Sustainable Development Goals (ISTM)

Yoga Break at Workplace (Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga)

iGOT Karmayogi, accessible at https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/, is a comprehensive online portal dedicated to guiding government officials on their journey of capacity building. This platform features six functional hubs designed for online learning, competency management, career advancement, discussions, events, and networking. Currently, more than 22.2 lakh learners from various government departments have registered on the iGOT Platform, granting them access to an extensive library of 685+ courses.
