New Delhi : With reference to the Request for Expression of Interest and Standard Request for Proposals (RFP) – Selection of Project Management Unit (PMU) for PMKVY Schemes, NSDC has issued Corrigendum No.1 to the RFP document. The changed clauses are as under: –
Clause 17.7
Existing Clause : The Proposal must be submitted no later than: Date: June 14th, 2019
Amended Clause : The Proposal must be submitted no later than: Date: June 21st, 2019
Clause 19.1
Existing Clause : The opening shall take place at Date: June 17th, 2019
Amended Clause : The opening shall take place at Date: June 24th, 2019
Eligibility Criteria-Annexure 1 Point 6 Sub-point 4
Bidder should have experience of having successfully executed work orders or contracts with at least 2 distinct clients in the previous year in areas as described above
Added Term : – In this point, “areas as described above” to be read as “relevant areas”
Clause 11.4 Standard Form of Contract
Existing Clause : NSDC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without assigning any reason by giving 7 days’ prior written notice to the Service Provider without any obligation of NSDC to make any further payments to the Service Provider under this Agreement.
Amended Clause : NSDC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without assigning any reason by giving 30 days’ prior written notice to the Service Provider without any obligation of NSDC to make any further payments to the Service Provider under this Agreement.

Eligibility Criteria- Annexure 1 Point 7 Partial or Complete Outsourcing
NSDC reserves the right to have partial work done out of its premises and partial outsourced to vendor premises or completely outsourced to vendor premises. In case vendor is not interested in partial or complete outsourcing, NSDC reserves the right to reject the proposal.
