Chandigarh : Proposals are invited from reputed organizations with proven track record of having a thorough understanding and good experience in providing Project Management Consultancy and Technical Support Services to Skill Development Missions / State Vocational Councils/ Employment Missions etc. for engagement of Technical Consultancy (TC) firm as Programme Management Unit (PMU) for HSDM.
1 The bidder must furnish details/ documents as per the format prescribed in the RFP document available on http://hsdm.org.in
2 The Bid should be submitted before the due date in the formats specified in the Appendices, inside a sealed envelope marked as: ”Proposal for Engagement of a Technical Consultancy (TC) firm as Programme Management Unit (PMU) with HSDM” along with processing fee in form of Demand Draft. The envelope shall clearly indicate the name and address of the Bidder (Agency/Organization).
3 The last date for submission of Bid is 25/09/2017 (5:00 PM).The Bid should be sent by the Registered Post/ Courier/Speed Post/by Hand to the
