Jammu : Himayat Mission Management Unit (HMMU), Jammu & Kashmir State Rural Livelihoods Mission (JKSRLM) through its Advertisement No. COO/JKSRLM/HMT/01/2016/Part-II/04Chief Operating Officer invites proposals under Himayat – DDU-GKY (100% Central Share) from the Project Implementing Agencies registered with Ministry of Rural Development (PIA with valid PRN) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY) for Skill Development and Placement of youth in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Interested agencies may submit their proposal(s) online at erp.ddugky.info While formulating the proposal, notifications issued by Ministry of Rural Development from time to time regarding implementation of scheme should be taken into consideration prior to filling proposals online. The notifications can be referred at http://www.ddugky.gov.in/notifications.
The training courses shall be for a duration of 3 to 12 months. The trainings shall be of non-residential in nature. Trades having good market demand shall only be considered excluding Sewing Machine Operator trade.
The proposal should be submitted on or before 31st January, 2019. However, the proposals shall be appraised on first come first serve basis.
Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected and PIA shall have to re-submit application as per norms.
An application fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) may be deposited in Bank Account of DDU GKY Department of Rural Development / Himayat J&K operated by Chief Operating Officer, Himayat, J&K SRLM.
