RFP Portal Go Live for Inviting Applications for Type 1 (Camps) and Type 2 (Employer Premises) Recognition of Prior Learning under PMKVY 3.0

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites proposals from organizations that meet the eligibility as mentioned in the RFP document for the implementation of skill certification under RPL in PMKVY 3.0. For details on who can apply for projects in RPL types 1 and 2, please refer to the RFP document released on 22 Jan 2021 and available on the NSDC website (or CLICK HERE to download RFP)

The scheme will be implemented in accordance with Guidelines for PMKVY 3.0 (2020 – 21). They can be accessed at from Ministry website or visit the above link in blue colour. Please go through the guidelines before applying for RPL projects.

Interested applicants will need to submit the details by filling the online application form at the RFP portal and uploading the requisite documents. The link for accessing the RPL RFP portal is https://rplpmkvy3.nsdcindia.org/

No other form of submission including hard copy will be entertained. The deadline for the submission of applications is 19 th February 2021.

Key Instructions:
a) Training During the Pandemic: PIAs need to follow the MoHFW guidelines during the tenure of the project on preventive measures to contain spread of COVID-19 in training centres. For those issues which are not addressed in the MoHFW guidelines, the MSDE guidelines would be referred (Click Here to view) at .

b) PMKVY 3.0 (2020 -21) is a scheme with a limited duration and limited targets. Therefore, please apply for RPL targets for RPL type 1 (camps) and RPL type 2 (employer premises) judiciously, keeping in mind the short duration of the scheme.
